As a CON student, you should probably buy/own your own copy of the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association , 6th edition, 2nd printing. But, if you don't own this, the MSU Libraries has several copies you can use in the Library (can't be checked out). Click here to find the copies of the APA manual at the MSU Libraries.
Purdue University has a great APA website (OWL) that includes guidelines and examples: http://owl.english.purdue.edu/owl/resource/560/1/.
The APA OWL site has a great section on citing electronic resources (which the paper APA manual isn't great at explaining).
