Finding Census Tract Data: SimplyAnalytics

SimplyAnalytics Census and Social Data

SimplyAnalytics contains huge population datasets that can be customized into tables, reports, and maps.  Data is of the United States and Canada and comes from both government sources, such as the U.S. Census of Population, and from market research firms.

Caveat about the data from the Census Bureau: Though it includes 1980, 1990, 2000, 2010 and ACS data, the 1980 and 1990 census data is only available in 2000 or 2010 census geographies -- it is not presented in the original 1980 and 1990 census tracts.

The data underlying the map can also be exported in table format.  The maps can be exported in shapefile format with chosen attribute data.
