IAH 201 - U.S. And The World: How to Locate Journal Articles once you have found the Citation

This course focuses on sport and sporting culture in the US and abroad. It will examine how sport has affected and continues to affect the relationship that the U.S. has with itself and with the rest of the world.

The easiest way to locate a journal is to search the MSU libraries online catalog

Conduct a title search of the journal that contains the article you want. For example, you've found the article "The CENTER of the World" in the journal "Foreign Policy" Sept/Oct 2005, Iss. 150, pg. 66-75.

From the Main Library's homepage, click on Advance Search: Catalog, click on Title, type in (the title of the journal) in this case "Foreign Policy".

If MSU has access to the title, there should be links to the paper and/or online version of the journal. MSU has this title in print for 2006 and a few recent issues and online from March 1990-present. so the article "The CENTER of the World" is available electronically and for 2006 in print.
