Pharmacology and Toxicology Online Masters Program: Using the MSU Libraries: Books and Textbooks

Finding Books

The MSU Libraries has many textbooks and other books available to you electronically and in print. To find them, search the MSU Libraries catalog.

If you are a distance student, and you need a chapter from a book the library only has in print, you can request that it be scanned and sent to you via the MARS system.

If you are located more than 50 miles away from campus, you can also request that the library mail a print book to you.

Useful Library Guides

Go to these guides to find links to reference books and resources on pharmacology and toxicology.

Google Books

If you do a Google search about your topic and some results come back from Google Books, you'll find that you often aren't able to read all of the pages of the book online.  Get the title of the book and look it up in our Library Catalog to see if we own it and if you can get it from the MSU Libraries instead.
