Not every article you find via Google Scholar will be available full-text for free. While there is a growing "open-access" movement, the majority of journals still require a subscription. Fortunately, university libraries maintain thousands of paid subscriptions to scholarly, popular, and trade journals and can arrange to get other articles for you through a service called "InterLibrary Loan" (see Requesting Materials tab).
Many Library databases will often provide a direct link to the full-text article, but if there is no link, you may need to search the journal title in the Library catalog to determine whether the Library has a print or electronic subscription. Librarians can help you with this.
