Help Rooms in the Main Library
Help rooms that meet in the Main Library are provided by a variety of campus partners. Other helps rooms are available around campus and through the Neighborhood Engagement Centers.
Writing Center
Writing Center consultants are available in-person and via Zoom. Students can make an appointment through MyWCOnline.

Spring 2024 Hours
ECON Drop-in Tutoring
- Monday - Thursday between 3:00-6:00 PM. In-person sessions are held on 3 West, Main Library. Virtual sessions are available between 6:00 - 9:00 PM.
- Drop-in tutoring hours vary by course section. Please view the Economics Help Rooms website for exact times.
- Serves EC 201, 202, 301, and 302.
Social Science PAL program
- Sunday through Thursday between 3:00-9:00 PM. In-person sessions are held in the Union and Holden (NOT the Main Library, as was previously the case).
- Drop-in tutoring hours vary by course section. Please view the PAL website for specific hours for each course (listed by professor).
- Serves select ISS and SOC class sections. See PAL website above for specific class sections covered.
Tower Guard/RCPD Spartan Study
Spartan Study is available for students registered with RCPD on a variety of topics.
Spring 2024 Hours
- Monday - Friday, various times, starting on 1/14. In person sessions are held in E118, 1 East, Main Library, and are typically in the evenings.
- Also available via Zoom, all days, various times.

Library Peer Research Advisor Program
PRAs are available in two locations around campus. Students can make an appointment via LibCal.
