First step: Create an ArcGIS Public Account – DO NOT USE YOUR FACE BOOK OR GOOGLE PLUS if you want to share editing privileges with others. If you do, you won’t be able to give them access without sharing the password to your personal FB account.
Second step: Browse Storymaps and think about what you information want to convey and how. Which style looks like it would work for you?
Third step: Get your photos online. You will need to host your photos on GoogleDrive, Flickr or some other service.
Forth step: Pick your template from this list. There should be a tutorial associated with it by following the “Learn more” button which may be helpful.
