How to create a stable or durable link to medical ebooks available from the MSU Libraries

Always use the IP authenticated link above to access this resource. This will ensure you can create stable links.

Linking to Ebooks

You can get the stable link to the ebook from the Electronic Medical Books guide or, if your ebook isn't in there, you can:

1. Navigate to the ebook you want to link to in the Proquest platform

2. Click "Share Link To Ebook", underneath the image of the front cover of the book.

3. copy and paste the portion of the URL after michstate-ebooks/ to end of this string:

https://ezproxy.msu.edu/login?url=https://ebookcentral.proquest.com/lib/michstate-ebooks/

4. the link to the ebook should look like this:

https://ezproxy.msu.edu/login?url=https://ebookcentral.proquest.com/lib/michstate-ebooks/detail.action?docID=438969
