Introduction

The purpose of this guide is provide users with links to free engineering information resources.  In some cases such as Google Scholar and the Science.gov database, the portal, indexes or databases are free to use but may point to results that are not free.  This guide will be a work in progress as I find  and add new resources and some resources are no longer maintained.
