Accessing ESRI GIS Software and Web Applications at MSU: Transition from Map to Pro

Here are some links to resources that may be helpful if you need to transition your work from ArcMap to ArcGIS Pro.

A one hour tutorial from ESRI, Migrate from ArcMap to ArcGIS Pro:. "Gain familiarity with common tasks in a new interface and use ArcGIS Pro's greater integration with ArcGIS Online."

A one hour seminar on transitioning to ArcGIS Pro from ArcGIS Map from ESRI. You will need to sign in using the process shown on the home tab of this guide.

ESRI Training. As part of our license, we have access to training from ESRI. You can login with your MSU netid via our organizational URL (msugis.maps.arcgis.com) to access locked content, see the Home tab of this guide for screen shots of the login process. Search for ArcGIS Pro to find tutorials related to Pro. Note: in person, instructor led training is not included in our license. There are several lesson plans (collections of tutorials) for ArcGIS Pro and transitioning to ArcGIS Pro from ArcGIS Map, including Migrating to ArcGIS Pro (instructor led training excluded) and ArcGIS Pro Fundamentals (instructor led training excluded).
