Use Web of Science if your topic in any area of biotechnology, whether biomedical or more environmental or plant-related. You can refine your search to Review Articles on the left hand side of the page under Document Type.

For full text, click on the Find Full Text Options menu and drop down the FindText@MSU button.
Use PubMed first if your topic is biomedical. A good strategy is to use Review articles -click on the "review articles" filter on the left hand side of your results page.
