Finding Books

Finding Books

To find books in the MSU Libraries (including the Fine Arts Library), use the MSU Libraries' catalog. You can search by KEYWORD for a topic, for example, "Harlem Renaissance", by an artist's name, such as "Faith Ringgold", or you can use an LC SUBJECT search by typing in correct subject headings. The following are sample LC Subject searches:

African American art
African American artists biography
African Americans in art
Lawrence, Jacob, 1917-
