National Security ArchiveThe National Security Archive is an independent non-governmental research institute and library located at The George Washington University in Washington, D.C. The Archive collects and publishes declassified documents acquired through the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). It make the documents available on its Web site, online databases, and print publications.
Do not confuse the private, non-profit National Security ARCHIVE with the U.S. government's National Security Agency which is involved with signals intelligence and "information assurance."
