City of East Lansing Recycling Guide : The City offers curbside and drop-off recycling, curbside yard waste collection, waste collection and bulk item disposal. In addition, the City supports several seasonal events such as Christmas tree recycling and phone book collections.

Mid-Michigan Environmental Council : Founded on Earth Day 1993, Mid-MEAC is a non-profit environmental organization dedicated to improving the environment and quality of life by raising environmental consciousness and activism. Be Spartan Green : Environmental Stewardship on the MSU Campus.

MSU Recycling : Find out what you can recycle, what type of containers are needed, who to call for more information, how to reduce waste, education resources, and other links.

MSU Student Organic Farm : This student-run farm has the goals of providing active learning opportunities about biointensive growing methods, community sustainable agriculture, and extensive experimentation with greenhouses. One can receive food grown on the farm. Membership is $460 per session (16 weeks). There is a waiting list for membership.

MSU Office of Campus Sustainability : Our mission is to foster a collaborative learning culture that leads the community to heightened awareness of its environmental impact. We envision MSU as a sustainable community that provides for the social and economic needs of its current and future members without compromising the health of our biosphere.
