This LibGuide is intended as a starting point for conservators, archivists, and librarians who wish to learn more about the history of photographic technology and the conservation of photographs, from daguerreotypes to digital images. The guide includes a variety of resources, focusing primarily on books from the MSU Library Catalog, photography process identification websites, seminal articles in the photography conservation field, and, for those who would like to further deepen their photography conservation education, links to relevant courses and webinars.
