FAQs

Who can register for a WSJ.com account?

All current students, faculty, and staff at Michigan State University can register for a WSJ.com account using your MSU email address.

I already have a personal/paid WSJ.com account. What do I do?

If you currently pay for a personal WSJ membership and want to take advantage of the school-sponsored access provided by Michigan State University, please email AcademicSupport@dowjones.com or call 1-800-JOURNAL to cancel. When requesting an account cancellation, it's helpful to note that your University has partnered with WSJ to provide complimentary memberships to students, faculty, and staff.

How do I renew my account?

Faculty and staff must access WSJ through the library link at least once a year to renew their account. Students lose access 90 days after their graduation date given at registration. If your graduation is delayed, you must contact the WSJ at AcademicSupport@dowjones.com to see if they will extend your access.

How far back do the WSJ digital archives go?

The digital archives on WSJ.com go back four years on a rolling basis.
