Africana Microform at MSU Libraries: Home

A guide for microfilm resources about Africa.

Introduction

This guide is designed to help you find resources about Africa on microform and then access them and use them for research. MSU has one of the largest collections of Africana materials in the United States, including wide range, and often unique, primary sources. Microform holdings contain a number of valuable primary sources, including newspapers from African countries and colonial archival records, as well as more contemporary material.
