Biofuels and Bioenergy Resources

A guide to information resources for biofuels and bioenergy

Journals

While some biofuels, such as ethanol, have been studied for some time, the broader subjects of biofuels and bioenergy are relatively new disciplines. Currently there are relatively few journals devoted primarily to these subjects, however new titles have started publication in recent years.  For a current list of journals accessible to MSU Libraries users covering these topics you can search our online catalog using the subject heading

Biomass energy--periodicals

Relevant articles can also be found in journals covering a wide range of disciplines. The most efficient way to locate articles on specific topics within journals is to use indexing tools such as Compendex and the Web of Science.
