Kinesiology Guide

Searching for Books

When looking for resources and material on Kinesiology, Physical Activity, Health and Lifestyle, Exercise, Sports or other related topics you can search by Keyword, Subject, Author, or Title via the library's online catalog. The catalog contains records for books, journals, audiovisual materials, government documents, microforms, special collections, and other materials owned and accessible via the MSU libraries. This link "Find Books" explains how to locate books in the MSU libraries.

Is the Book you wanted Checked Out?

Try searching U borrow or  MeLCAT to see if another library owns the title. If it is available you can request it and have it sent to the Main Library.
The books from U borrow come from CIC schools (the big ten and University of Chicago) and you can check them out for 12 weeks. The books from MeL CAT come from various libraries from around the state of Michigan you can check them out for two weeks with an additional two week renewal period.
