Teaching & Learning librarians are always happy to meet to discuss any instruction questions or develop ideas with you. The documents below can also help you get started preparing for your first class.
Classroom observation can be an important part of your development as a teacher. Teaching & Learning librarians are happy to host you in our classes, or to observe you teach and provide feedback.
If you would like to shadow a class, use the LIB.Instruction Observation Events calendar in Outlook to identify available class times. Make sure you contact the librarian before attending.
The following are example instruction observation sheets that a Teaching & Learning librarian might use to observe your class. However, we are flexible and open to providing whatever kind of (formal or informal) feedback would be most useful to you.
