The MSU Libraries maintains a collection of books and information about community services that provides easy, centralized, unmediated, and judgement-free access to health information and other resources that support wellness and physical, emotional, and social well-being.
We have brought together books and materials (including local support services) on topics like: LGBTQI identity, nutrition, counselling, mental health, trauma, housing, legal aid, disabilities, healthcare, sexuality, grief, and more.
While on campus, come visit the Health & Wellness Information Center in the south lobby of the Main Library.
Books in the Health and Wellness Information Center can be checked out for 180 days. Please visit our Borrowing @ MSU page for more information. Users living more than 50 miles from campus can have books sent to their home.
Electronic books can be used any time, from anywhere, with your MSU Net ID. The use of ebooks is limited to current MSU students, faculty, and staff.
MSU Libraries has a self-care lending library with items for checkout at the Circulation desk in the Main Library on 1 West. Items available for check out include noise canceling headphones and light therapy lamps. Please see our Self-Care Lending Library guide for more information.
