Info

<ref name=”reference1”> Text of Reference </ref>

These “tags” tell Wikipedia where the text of your reference begins and ends. When you publish your article, the text between the tags will look like a footnote number such as ²

The ref name is unique to each source and lets you easily reference the same source multiple times

<ref name=”reference1” />

Reference a source that you have previously named.

{{reflist}}

The text between your reference tags will display only if you put this piece of code, or template, into your article.
