These are the best resources for researching small business finances on small business entrepreneurship. You can use keywords across these resources, but you can also use NAICS codes. NAICS Codes are numeric codes for different types of businesses. You can look up your business code here: https://www.census.gov/naics/

The three below databases have different strengths:

• IBISWorld presents a variety of information via industry reports. It has low-detail financial information in a broader context.
• BizMiner presents detailed financial data aggregated across industry types.
• Data Axle allows you to lookup estimates of specific businesses, including small businesses. Also allows creating lists of different businesses.
