If instead you are told to request the item through Interlibrary Loan, go ahead and click that link and make the request. MSU Libraries will pay for the request, which should arrive as a PDF within 48 hours (sometimes sooner). If MSU Libraries owns the journal in paper format, the article will be scanned and sent to you. Check on your outstanding interlibrary loan requests here.
If you have a journal citation in hand (not using the indexes to the right), the easiest way to pull up the full text is to paste the title of the article into the big search box on the libraries' home page.
