IFIS has developed a helpful tutorial to using FSTA on the Web of Science platform. It is designed to give you an overview of FSTA content and the essential skills to search the FSTA database and find quality literature successfully.
Note: Beginning June 1, 2021, users of NCBI services will need to login with their MSU Net ID instead of a NCBI-generated account. The NLM has more information about this change and how to link your existing NCBI account with your MSU Net ID. Dissertations from most colleges and universities in North America can be located using Proquest Dissertations and Theses Global.
Comprehensive collection of fulltext dissertations and theses since 1997 and strong retrospective full text coverage for earlier periods. Includes MSU dissertations and theses.
The MSU Libraries do not normally purchase copies of dissertations from other institutions but many institutions are willing to loan copies of their dissertations. Copies of dissertations from other institutions can usually be obtained through InterLibrary Loan. Information about this service is available at the Get It @MSU section of the Main Library's home page.
